Receive an Email Confirmation
Once you’ve submitted your application, we’ll send you an email that confirms we’ve received it. There’s no need for you to follow up with us as we’ll be sure to let you know.
Application Approval Update
As soon as your application is approved, we’ll send you an email. This note will also confirm your effective date (that’s the date your coverage starts).
Determine Your Effective Date
On and after your effective date, you can begin using your ÂÒÂ×°ÍÊ¿ Insurance benefits. Generally, this is the first of the month following your application approval.
You can postpone your effective date for up to two months to better align with your needs.
Receive Your Welcome Kit
We’ll send your Welcome Kit to you in the mail and it will arrive in a large ÂÒÂ×°ÍÊ¿ envelope and will contain:
- Your Personalized ÂÒÂ×°ÍÊ¿ Insurance Benefit Cards
Including your Member ID number.
- Your ÂÒÂ×°ÍÊ¿ Insurance Policy and Schedule of Benefits
This confirms the insurance plan, benefits and levels of coverage available to you every year. Please review it carefully.
